Notarial Services
Kim Gwang Partners provide notarial and attesting services for documents to be used overseas and in the People’s Republic of China. Both Kim Gwang and Billy Tun, two of our partners, are notary public. Billy was awarded the Peter Mark Prize by the Hong Kong Society of Notaries for obtaining the highest aggregate marks in the two notary examination papers taken in 2008.
Kim Gwang is also a China-Appointed Attesting Officer appointed by the Department of Justice of the People’s Republic of China who undertakes attesting services for local and overseas clients in relation to acts, facts and documents occurring in Hong Kong for use in the People’s Republic of China.
